Positive: Easy, comfortable and very well organized. Up to date and cheerful!
Negative: No shade for the prime bedroom skylight. Very minor probem!

We loved our stay here! The house was comfortable and very clean. Well equipped kitchen. Close to stores / restaurants, but on a quiet street with pretty backyard and deck.
