This cottage was absolutely perfect, and the location could not be beat. The house was clean and had everything we needed to make for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The outdoor shower was a great surprise too! Communication was clear and timely, which was very much appreciated as well. We will definitely be back.

This home checked all the boxes for our Cape Cod getaway! It’s open, spotless, and filled with natural light. We loved the stunning water views from so many windows, and the upgraded appliances made everything easy and convenient. The beds were also incredibly comfortable—such a treat after long days at the beach. We would definitely stay here again (and again!).

Another great stay at Mayo Beach
We love this cottage on Mayo Beach and have stayed here several times. It is well appointed and well kept. The location is unbeatable and the owner and manager are very welcoming and very responsive.

We had a wonderful week at the Sandy Beach Cottage. The home was very clean and included everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The views of Mayo beach were just beautiful and the location is perfect. The booking process on Vacation Hospitality was very easy and they honored their terms throughout the process. We will definitely want to return next summer!
