Sylvan Meadow | King Suite Escape in Williston

We had a wonderful family reunion this week. The common areas of the home are comfortable and well stocked. The beds are all quite comfortable and the rain-forest shower in the primary bathroom is wonderful! We stayed in the suite on the lower level which was enormous. I always appreciate have the laundry machines available. Our check-in and departure was easy and the host was able to accomodate our late departure. Henry's Diner and the Burlington Bagel Company were our mainstays for breakfast, while the Burlington waterfront and the Shelburne Museum were only a short ride away. Thank you for a wonderful week!

Host was very responsive, helpful, and easy to work with. House is plain outside, but has a nice deck and is charming inside. Very clean. Staff alerted us when some items were left behind and made plans to return them.Two good areas for viewing World Cup games, upstairs and downstairs, with a really large screen TV downstairs. Loved having 3 full baths. Bedding was clean and comfortable. Lots of parking and house sits well off the street leaving big front and back yards.Close to everything but across the street from a quiet neighborhood that is really good for walking.Had a very nice week there.

Positive: Easy, comfortable and very well organized. Up to date and cheerful! Negative: No shade for the prime bedroom skylight. Very minor probem!

When you pull in to the property, you will notice the rusted garage doors, stained siding, and broken front door. There is also trash on the lawn, leading you and your guests to wonder about the relatively high rental cost. But once you get inside and notice the rusted and broken baseboards, some held together with tape, water stains, sheet rock repairs with different colored paint or different popcorn texture, broken trim boards, and bubbling and chipping paint and sheetrock tape, you will really start to wonder. They did do a nice job with intricately folded towels, and bows on the toilet paper, but all of this was just lipstick on a pig. The stay was fine, but don't expect a nice place. More like a no tell motel than the Hilton. Oh, also, the posting says pet friendly, the the virtual guest info book says No Pets. Not sure which was accurate.

Very nice stay .. home was clean and well kept .. everything you need is provided ..Convenient to all near by attractions and shopping Highly recommend !
